Yamaha Outboard HPDI 250 HP 2 Stroke. Included : NO pistons, NO other parts. Listed as pictured, if is not in the pictures means is not included. Ngine was part out, I remember the midsection steering swivel was frozen and some parts were missed, crankshaft was sitting in the shop wrapped in plastic. Decent cosmetic condition, no corrosion, rust, scratches or pits… No blown or broken parts and definitely the engine was not under water. Note : The engine was a 250 HP HPDI Yamaha 2 Stroke, year around 2002 – 2005 more or less. I’m listing these as ” for parts or non working ” because the lack of information.
